Shipping Instructions

A stress-free guide to help you ship your flowers successfully

Please ensure your flowers are being shipped within 2 days of the event

Step 1

Gather Materials

  • Paper with your Name, Email, & Order #
  • An adequate sized shipping box
  • A smaller sized box to act as a vase inside the other box (like a square tissue box)
  • Packing paper (no plastic or bubble wrap)
  • Plastic bag
  • Paper towel
  • Rubber band

Step 2

Stem Prep

  • Trim the stems so they match the height of the box (be sure to remove any pendants or ribbons you want to keep before sending)
  • Moisten a paper towel and wrap it around the **stems only**
  • Then, cover the paper towel with a plastic bag and secure it with a rubber band

Step 3

Boxing the Bouquet

  • Place your bouquet with the wrapped stems in the small box (to stabilize the stems in the shipping box)
  • Place bouquet with wrapped stems inside the large shipping box

Step 4

Add Packing Filler & Paper

  •  Add crumpled packing paper to fill empty space. (DO NOT USE BUBBLE WRAP OR ANY PLASTIC)

• Fill out a paper with your Name, Email, and Order #

Step 5

Seal & Ship

  • Take box to UPS and pay for shipping to our shop location
  • We recommend overnight or 1-2 day shipping!
